We kept a bunch of baby stuff for a long time thinking for relatives that might have kids, but none of them really did and baby stuff doesn't age well, with safety requirements, etc. We made some elaborate room-filling set ups interwoven with other types of sets like Hot Wheels and LEGO Duplos (and got a bunch of Quatros when LEGO was discontinuing them and offloading them for cheap!). My wife and I really loved the Takara Tomy train sets that had a rebrand in the US as Trackmaster with Thomas the Train (before they switched to a different system later). We have the "warehouse" basement but are looking to offload as much as possible soon.
